Shannon Grove co-founded Continental Labor & Staffing Resources in 1993. Today, she serves as the company President and CEO. Shannon is an Army veteran and current California State Senator. Shannon co-founded Continental with the belief that working hard to help people find jobs will not only elevate a person and their family, but also a community and a nation. This fundamental principle continues to guide the everyday workings of Continental today.
Christy Parker joined the Continental team as HR Manager in January 2023. In addition to her 20 years of experience working in human resources and operations management she brings a strong passion for people enrichment. It is her belief the true measure of a company’s success is through a strong work culture. Christy volunteers with multiple organizations throughout Kern County, has two amazing kids, and loves to travel.
As our new Director of Business Development, he brings innovation, energy, and leadership, with impactful and positive results for our customers, employees, and community.
Harold Brown is a results-driven sales professional with over 16 years of experience in the Staffing and PEO industry. As a Business Development Manager, he was amongst the top ten sales performers of his corporation. Harold applies his knowledge of business, with in-depth sales strategies, and exceptional presentation skills to help his customers choose the best product for their business. He is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of his customers. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.
When Harold is not working, he enjoys traveling abroad, playing golf, spending time with family, serving at his local church as board member and is actively involved in community volunteering.
